All content, designs, maps, reports, and other materials provided by Ellipsoid Consultants Group are the intellectual property of the company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of these materials without prior written consent.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the contract. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the agreement. All payments must be made through the official bank accounts of Ellipsoid Consultants Group.

5. Confidentiality

Any information shared between the client and Ellipsoid Consultants Group will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ellipsoid Consultants Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for settling all outstanding invoices for work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

9. Amendments

Ellipsoid Consultants Group reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
